Friends of Tiger, Episode 1: Chris Solomon of NoLayingUp

In the first ever “Friends of Tiger” podcast, Shane welcomes Chris Solomon, co-owner and co-proprietor of NoLayingUp.com. It’s Masters week, and the dudes discuss all the hot topics, including Rory’s chances to win, Tiger’s resurgence, Spieth’s composure, and the ESPN player poll that has Bubba as the least-liked golfer on Tour. There are some red-hot takes in this episode—wear a flame-retardant poncho. Pre-order Slaying the Tiger, my book about the rising stars of the PGA Tour, here.

  1. “What’s NLU?”

Great podcast. As you said Tiger stories are absolutely everywhere and, as much as I love the circus, it’s refreshing to hear from some different voices that are just enjoying the game and having a laugh. Thursday cannot come sooner, Monday to Wednesday of Masters week always seem the longest of the year!

Keep it up, where will I be able to order your book from?

  2. Don Delco says:

Good stuff, guys. Looking forward to the book, but I’m concerned that this is the second podcast I’ve listened to in a week’s time that has involved Chris Solomon.
